Warranty

All laptops sold by the Laptop Wala come with a warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the segment and model. Please check your product page for the exact warranty period.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is provided only if the product is fully defective (not working as described or fails to power on).
  • No replacement or return for minor scratches, marks, or cosmetic issues that do not affect performance.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of a similar model. If not available, a refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

How to Raise an Issue

  • Customers must lock their issue in the official laptop portal provided by the Laptop Wala within the warranty period.
  • Issues reported after the warranty period or not logged in the portal will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
